Our bright and comfortable static caravans are tucked away in the three-acre grounds, on a gently sloping lawn with lots of space between them.
A perfect opportunity for you to sit back, relax, enjoy your surroundings, and have a much-earned break from everyday life.
Each sleeping between 2 and 3 guests they provide an outdoor semi-rural tranquillity but with all the comforts of being indoors for a relaxing getaway amongst nature.
Our location provides an ideal base for exploring the many visitor attractions on our doorstep or further afield.
Furthermore, we are available all year round for short breaks, weekly bookings, or long-term stays.
The holiday homes are all no smoking and a maximum of two well-behaved pets are allowed in both Holly and Skylark with prior agreement. There is a weekly charge of £30 for the first pet and £15 for the second pet.

Skylark is a two-bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds.
It has a double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room area and a bathroom.
The caravan is now fully central heated throughout with an additional gas fire in the lounge area.
Our on-line booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). If your booking requirements are different from these parameters, please call us directly for availability.
Cancellation Policy
When you make your booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, this deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking the following terms apply:
- More than 6 weeks prior to arrival – Full deposit due 50%
- More than 4 but not more than 6 weeks prior to arrival – 75%
- 4 weeks or less prior to arrival – 100%

Absolutely Spotless.
