Our single rooms with queen bed have a small double bed for one adult to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast is included to get your day off to a good start.
In room facilities include free Wi-Fi, smart TV, desk and chair, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge with complimentary water, hairdryer, and iron & ironing board. You will also find high-quality toiletries, eye mask, ear plugs, shower cap, fluffy towels, and exceptionally comfortable beds.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 9:00am during weekdays and between 8.00am and 10.00am at weekends. We also provide a take takeaway service for those who wish to ‘grab and go.’
Our AA Awarded menu caters for everyone’s requirements. Offered each day are fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, and fruit juices; followed by a choice of several cooked options including our traditional full English breakfast and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
Vegetarian and vegan options are always available, and we will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements. Please let us know if you have any special requirements during the booking process.
We also have an on-site laundry facility that customers are welcome to use.
We are a no-smoking guest house and pets are not allowed in the building.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation you can do this free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
However should you cancel your booking after this time, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay.

Absolutely Spotless.
