Our newly refurbished self-catering holiday cottage has all the creature comforts to make your stay home from home.
Situated in our vast gardens, between the guest house and the holiday homes, Ploughman’s Cottage is beautifully appointed and furnished in a luxurious modern style, sleeping up to four people.
A gorgeous one story cottage offering exceptional style and attention to detail throughout.
Ideal for solo travellers, couples or families and friends holidaying together, you can step out of the front door and experience the picturesque Nottinghamshire countryside with lots of local walks and cycle routes on the doorstep. Or simply relax and enjoy our peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
Furthermore, we are available all year round for short breaks, weekly bookings, or long-term stays.
Ploughman’s Cottage is no smoking and a maximum of two well-behaved pets are allowed with prior agreement. There is a weekly charge of £30 for the first pet and £15 for the second pet.

The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and a full height fridge freezer. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine. The Cottage has full gas central heating and is available for short breaks or weekly bookings.
Cancellation Policy
When you make your booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, this deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking the following terms apply:
- More than 6 weeks prior to arrival – Full deposit due 50%
- More than 4 but not more than 6 weeks prior to arrival – 75%
- 4 weeks or less prior to arrival – 100%

Absolutely Spotless.
